  1. We are very hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

  4. Under our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee you can cancel your order and return unwanted goods for FREE. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form.
  5. Certain items such as special ordered items are excluded from the guarantee. These include goods that are customised and specially ordered for you such as left hand drive car brackets or any mounts or cradles that customised to your requirement.
  6. If your product was delivered direct by our supplier please call us on +44 (0)20 7078 7360 and we will arrange for the supplier or our by other means to collect it from you or may volunteer to dispatch at your own cost which we will happily reimburse providing we have authorised this request prior to dispatch of return goods. Some collections may incur a charge.
  7. To return an item you can either:
    1. Drop it off at our authorised location or registered address or (payable by customer unless its our error)
    2. Send it back with our Prepaid package which we will send it to you if required (this only applies for a wrong item sent by us)
    3. Post office return is not available for items over 1m in length and 2kg in weight. For these items you will have to call us to make other arrangments
  8. We also offer a carrier pick up service if its our fault, however, depending on the circumstances, this may incur a charge if you simply want to return the product/s because item is not required or change of mind. For more information call us on +44 (0)20 7078 7360.
  9. PayPal Refunds – At this stage we are not accepting PayPal payment, therefore refund on this subject is not applicable. However, we endeavour to enhance our payment systems with wider choice of payments in nearest future.
  10. By law we have to provide you with cancellation or an RMA form, this can be obtained by contacting us via email. However, we are working on better method to avoid as much paper work as possible and this will be made transparent on our website.
  11. Faulty Goods
    1. If you purchased the item less than 14 days ago you can return it under our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form. If the item has already been installed, call us on +44 (0)20 7078 7360 for further advice.
    2. If you purchased the item more than 14 days ago our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair or where this is not possible we may replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
  12. Initially:
    1. Check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right.
    2. If there is no warranty or repair service, or if you wish to return a faulty item:
  13. Drop it off our address or send it to our registered address. We may even ask to send to different address depending on the item/s.
